We are getting very close to the fall season and here is a strategy for the upcoming From the Bunker announcements.

September 16 — “What's Coming from the Bunker”

We have spent the year building. This fall, we open the doors. We need your support to continue bringing public dialogue, telematic performance, and experimental media to our audience. Appeal to the infrastructure and initiatives behind the public season: Open Source Studio, Third Space Network Television (3SNtv), Zakros FORUM, telematic performance research (discoveries), public events including Bunker Fridays" Museum Edition, Telematic Workshops, and expanding the Zakros community. The donor is helping bring an experimental cultural platform into public operation.

Announce fall season launch of two parallel six-week series:

• Telematic Workshops — Thursdays, beginning in October
• Bunker Fridays: Museum Edition — Fridays, beginning October 16
• Six consecutive weeks of programming
• A larger framing around experimentation, participation, telematic performance, museums, networks, and the next phase of Zakros

Under each, give the six dates, titles/themes, participants, short descriptions, and registration links.

You can still include a restrained support link, but fundraising should no longer dominate the message.

That distinction matters. Otherwise the audience receives two nearly identical solicitations one week apart.

That allows you to move from institutional story → season → individual programs → attendance rather than trying to communicate everything at once.

There is also a subtle advantage here: September 16 starts the audience's mental clock one month before Bunker Fridays, exactly as you originally intended. September 23 then provides the actionable information while there is still more than three weeks to register and plan.

One thing I would tighten further

I would give the entire fall initiative a recognizable umbrella identity.

Rather than presenting two unrelated series, make clear that Thursday and Friday form a deliberate weekly rhythm:

This is potentially very powerful. We are effectively creating a six-week Zakros season, with Thursday devoted to experimentation/research/practice and Friday devoted to public cultural inquiry and presentation.
